1. Commissioned delivery
    The trader can transact the procedure of delivery commissioned with the market depending on the warehouse warrant.
    ■The seller who applying for this business may redeem the surety pre-supplied for its delivery after referring the warehouse warrant to the market and having transacted the procedure of delivery commissioned. This procedure is namely the application for delivery ahead of schedule of the trader.
    ■Before delivery, after approved by the market, the trader may take back the warehouse warrant, which has been commissioned to be delivered, with the handling charge of delivery paid bi-directionally.

2. Bank accounts of the market
    This market cooperates with various of great banks, such as Industrial and Commercial Bank, Bank of Communications, Agricultural Bank, Bank of China, Construction Bank, Citic Industrial Bank, Ningbo Commercial Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, etc. And has set up a settlement relationship and payment system online with these banks to transfer the funds for the traders more expediently and rapidly.

3. Delivery warehouse of the market
    (1) The market appoints several warehouses to store and keep the goods for the traders, to check the external quality of the goods, fill out stock credence and supply relative logistics services for the traders.
    (2) The market appoints the delivery warehouse in Yuyao Plastic City as the valuation standard warehouse and prescribes the transportation subsidy between this warehouse and other warehouses.
    (3) The market can adjust the relative contents of the delivery warehouse, the transportation subsidy, the price gap of quality grade of the substitute according to the development circumstance of the market.
    (4) Presently, the market has established delivery warehouses in such areas as Yuyao, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Shandong, etc.
